This week we start with Grade 5 still learning from home and welcoming the health authorities on campus to learn about our COVID-19 protocols and help our decision-making by determining close contacts particularly related to Grade 5. We certainly hope that the visit will help us to prepare for any future contractions of the virus. On Tuesday, we will meet upon the COVID-19 protocols and share our learning of the health authority visits as well as to review and confirm our response to both the short term and long term closure of classes and how to support the learning of the individual students who are not able to attend school.
On Wednesday, we will take time to reflect on the past week or so and also to plan the next extended learning.
On Friday we (Riana, Trevor, and Heikki) will meet for half a day to look ahead and plan for the spring term related to Wednesday learnings, Curriculum development, and the feedback we collected from the ES faculty before the winter break.
Let’s have a wonderful start to the month!
