Dear Colleagues,
Congratulations on the first successful week! The listening conferences, the excitement around new students and teachers, and the new make-up of the parent community brought a wonderful buzz to the school. Again, thank you for making the start of the school warm, welcoming, safe, and an incredibly positive experience for everyone.
This week, the youngest learners will be at school for the full day, and we welcome Yoshiko and Caterina back. The weather continues to be warm and even hot at times. Let’s keep our eyes open so that we stay sun-safe.
Wednesday, Professional learning will be divided into different sessions. The Grades 3 - 5 will be participating in MAP training organized by Clover. She will provide further details about the training as the week goes on. On Monday, we will confirm the focus points with the other grades and teams.
On Thursday, the first Extended Learning session is taking place. What a great opportunity to build community across the school. We will finish the week with the second session of Listening Conferences. Please note that the specialists prepare and plan the activities for the first block of Friday.
