Dear colleagues,
We hope you enjoyed the warm and mainly sunny Golden Week! We all needed a chance to breathe and hopefully relax before the last push. The next six weeks are going to be filled with collating assessments, report card writing, end of year procedures, integrating teaching the students and packing classrooms, but most importantly enjoying the last weeks with the students. The relationships we build with our students are always unique and precious. When we still have the time, let’s show them how much we care for them as young people and how invested we are in their learning.
This week, the report card review committee is getting together again on Monday, on Wednesday we begin working on the Action Plan 17-19 as the ES faculty, and on Thursday, Friday, the Grade 5 team is heading out to Toyooka for their annual overnight trip.
