Since we are following the report card writing protocols from last year, there may be fewer questions about how to write reports this time. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Kim, Trevor or Heikki.
PowerSchool access to parents has been closed so that you will able to add information into your Gradebook. Relevant dates are as follows:
- Wednesday, Jan. 13 from 2:30-4:30 is for Report Card writing
- Tuesday, Jan. 19: Q&A opportunity regarding report card writing, MPR
- Wednesday, Jan. 20: from 2:30-4:30 is for Report Card writing
- Monday, Jan. 25 (or sooner): Report Card comments due to ES Office
- Wednesday, Feb 3: PowerSchool access open to parents, report cards sent home.
- ESOL students: Trevor and the ESOL teachers
- Learning Support Students: Aimee or Rose
- Power School: Murray Smith/Heikki
- Language choice: Kim, Trevor and Heikki
Please note that Trevor, Kim and Heikki will be reading the comments on the report cards. Initially, you may want to send your draft comment to them for feedback. Additionally, you may want to ask a colleague to check your reports before January 25.
