Dear Colleagues,
Thank you for keeping the students safe, managing their routines, and keeping the learning going in class. This coming short week, prior to the February Winter Break, will bring the grade 5 students back excluding those who are asked to stay home due to covid contraction or being deemed as close contacts.
As the break is around the corner, we predict that the students will be full of energy and excitement. Hence, maintaining routines, applying any conflict prevention measures, and staying vigilant on the playground will be key factors for a successful and enjoyable short week.
Please note that we have been invited to participate in the Secondary School Teachers to Teachers sessions on Wednesday 23 February, after the break. The second half of the Wednesday session will be dedicated to getting ready for the Student - Parent - Teacher Conferences - also taking place next week. So please, make sure you rest and rejuvenate during the four-day weekend so that we have all the energy needed for another short week of learning and the conferences.
