Dear colleagues,
Happy New year to everyone, and welcome back to the wonderful world of teaching and learning!
We hope that everyone has had a wonderful winter break. We start the new year with a Professional Learning day, including SeaChange, UDL, and Culture of Kindness. What a wonderful way to settle back into work mode and routines.
We will have some new students starting this week in grades PreK. KA, KB, Gr 1, Gr 2, Gr 3, and Gr 4. I am sure we will make them all feel warmly welcomed to CA. Furthermore, the Greene brothers Abe and Vance are joining their respective classes for the first time this school year.
The duty roster for the spring term will be confirmed by the end of this week. However, below you can find the first week’s supervisors.
Please note that the first Tuesday morning faculty briefing will be taking place next week, on the 17th of January, so we can focus on welcoming students back tomorrow morning. On Wednesday this week, we will focus on looking back and reflecting on unit 3 and plan ahead for Extended Learning.
