Once again, we would like to express our gratitude for your flexibility and support last week as we dealt with an unexpected number of absences. We know that last-minute adjustments can be challenging. Still, with the relentless work from Remi and everyone else, we were able to ensure that our students received the education and attention they deserve.
We also want to extend our appreciation to Ellen and Yoshiko for leading the fourth session of the Positive Parenting workshop. The feedback we received from parents continues to be overwhelmingly positive, and we know that this workshop will be a valuable resource for our families. We are grateful for your time and effort in organizing and facilitating this important event.
Looking ahead to the coming week, we are excited to welcome two new students to our school in KA and Grade 1. Let's make sure to give them a warm welcome and help them feel at home in our community.
Additionally, Grades 6 to 11 will have conferences this week, which means that the building will be less crowded, and more parents will be on campus than usual.
We celebrate the art and music on Friday by having the PreK/KA and KB art exhibition and music concert. Through this event, we celebrate the importance of visual arts and learning through musical performance, and we encourage our students to continue exploring and expressing themselves through these mediums. It is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate the accomplishments of our youngest learners.
Finally, we invite everyone to join us for Saturday's International Food and Fun Fair. This is a great opportunity to celebrate our diverse community and enjoy delicious food, games, and entertainment. We hope to see as many of you there as possible.
Thank you again for your hard work and dedication to our school community. Let's have a great week!
Erin, Trevor, and Heikki
