Dear Colleagues,Greetings from cold and sunny Tokyo, where we have been learning about the PYP evaluation process and how to facilitate it so that the Elementary School community will benefit and grow from the process. We have learned so far that one of the important elements is to collectively identify and commit to our development and growth plan as an IB PYP school.
This week continues with a parent learning workshop about supporting multilingual learners at school and home on Tuesday, led by the EAL team.
We have protected time for collective and/or independent report card writing processes on Wednesday. There is no common gathering, but refreshments will be available in the ES office.
Thursday, being a school holiday, offers us a rare midweek opportunity to celebrate the fall and rejuvenate.
