Dear colleagues,

March is ushering us toward spring; spring break is just three weeks away. Thank you to the Student Council for facilitating the wonderful Kindness Week. We witnessed many acts of kindness and saw engaged children participating in the activities.


Also, congratulations to Satsuki and Samantha for the wonderful Grades 2-3 Art and Music Week. As always, the art was engaging and invigorating, and despite some absences, the students pulled the concert together beautifully on Friday afternoon.


Most importantly, the daily work by all our colleagues and children is keeping everyone busy every single day, and we are hearing so many wonderful stories of learning and growth in passing conversations.


We welcome Kieran back to the ranks this week and wish the entire Grade 5 team a successful journey through the PYP Exhibition. This week, we will learn more about Exhibition mentoring and look ahead at the March Tuesday morning briefing. On Tuesday, the Grade 5 parents are invited to learn about language learning choices led by the Secondary School teachers. On Wednesday, Brian and Heikki will lead a parent session on High-Quality Learning. The Wednesday Learning session will be spent in accreditation teams. Keep an eye on messages from Clover this week for more details.
