Your child’s school photo is ready to be viewed and ordered! The following steps will allow you to view, order, and arrange a retake photo, if necessary. Please note that the order deadline has been changed to Tuesday, Oct. 10.
School Photos Ordering Process Viewing Photos Parents can now view CA student photos on Powerschool.
To preview your child’s photo, please go to PowerSchool on the web, rather than the smartphone app.
On the menu on the left, choose the option “View School Photo” (third item from the top).
Ordering Photos To order prints of your child(ren)'s photo(s), print and fill in the order form once per child, and submit to the child's homeroom teacher by Tuesday, October 10th.
The photos will be delivered to your child within the first two weeks of November.
Retakes If you intend to order photos of your child, but would like their photo to be retaken, please complete the photo retake form.
You will also need to fill in the order form once you have viewed the new image on PowerSchool.
This updated photo will be available by Monday, October 9.
All photo retakes will be done on Thursday, October 5.
