Welcome back after the well deserved long weekend! Last week’s training with Ochan Powell and Jennifer
Swinehart left us with plenty of thought-provoking ideas to support our journey becoming an adaptive school.
We are looking forward in taking on board some of those practices right away and hopefully, by the end of this
school year, we have established standards, structures, and norms that make CA as an organization even more
professional, collaborative, and resilient to change. We are all looking forward to making the best of the
momentum the adaptive schools training is offering to us.

This week we will continue the work with the POI review, Liz A and Heikki meet with parents to communicate
and educate about the upcoming changes in the schedule on Thursday morning.
