Reflections Meeting, 6 March, 2019

Dear colleagues,

Thank you for the thoughtful and candid session about the schedule-pilot yesterday afternoon. I have linked the two survey results for your perusal. I will go through the written responses looking for thinking trends and solutions offered. I will be working on the next pilot schedule early tomorrow morning with the goal to get it ready by noon. I will try to incorporate some of the suggestions to the next pilot if at all possible. However, I know already that some of those may be only possible to incorporate to the final pilot or to the final version of the schedule. I will keep you posted.
