Japan Further Lifts Coronavirus State of Emergency - WSJ
Dear colleagues,
As the state of emergency is being lifted in Japan and the whole country is taking baby steps in moving
towards the new normal, we will continue the current distance learning model as of now. The last four
days of school will require teachers to come back to campus collate and organize student work, material,
and belongings in the homerooms so that students can follow a scheduled visit to the classrooms to collect
material and drop off the loaner laptops. We will share details of that protocol soon.
This week the School Leadership Team will hold the second meeting to plan for the options for
opening the campus in the new school year. Keep the great learning going and enjoy the warm and sunny
week ahead!
Riana, Trevor, and Heikki
