Dear colleagues,
Ron Ritchhart did it again! Yet another great Cultures of Thinking workshop was a big success this weekend.
Thank you goes first of all to Ron Ritchhart for designing familiar but still invigorating two-day-sessions, and
secondly to Renee who organized the weekend to run smoothly. Here is the updated schedule for Monday.

On Monday this week, Ron will be helping Jeremy (in the Secondary School) and Jen White to elevate
elements of the cultural forces in their classrooms through LabSites. Another great opportunity to learn insights in
utilizing cultural forces in a manner that promotes thinking and understanding.

On Tuesday, we invite parents for a coffee morning to learn about technology and how it supports learning in
class. We will be peeking into Grade 5 learning this time. Already in the past week, the Tech Job-a-like
participants were very excited about the ways the Grades 2C and 5O were using technology for amplifying
learning. Thank you to the Tech team and everyone else who made those two days so successful.

On Wednesday, the whole school will get together for a Town Hall meeting lead by Jon. After the session, we
will get together as an Elementary School faculty. We will finish the week with the long-awaited Elementary
School Play directed by Rose and Suki.
