Here is the protocol and rotation schedule for our ES Listening Conferences.
Please take time to read through the protocol and make note of responsibilities that pertain to you.
Rotations:
Teachers below are asked to come up with a 45 minute activity that can be successful with a whole
grade level at a time.
Art: Tangala, Riana, Seth in the MPR
Music: Satsuki, Rose, Enoch in ELAC H&G
PE: Kaight, Trevor, Jan, in the gym
Library/Tech: Celia, Kae in the library
Japanese: Emi, Kaho, Noriko in the Japanese classrooms 2nd floor
Board Games: Ava, Vallory, Amy in ELAC D (STEAM LAB)
Saiko/Kasumi/Yoshiko/Remi-san free for Japanese translation
Kaight PE Uniform in Cafeteria
Transitions:
Specialist teachers are asked to pick up students from recess at 12:55pm. Between sessions, one
teacher will walk the class to the next session (and then return to their original room) while the other
teacher stays to receive the new group. Specialists will dismiss students at the end of the day from
outside their homerooms. Homeroom teachers need to remain in class in case of student confusion
regarding dismissal.
