Dear Colleagues,

Thank you again for your focus and effort at the Wednesday Learning. We hope the session was timely and purposeful for the needs of your team.

Here is the presentation from our meeting.

The organization of our files and data is a critical piece in the smooth running of every team. Yesterday we started a transition to make our information accessible.

Parts of our System:

1. Overall File Structure

• keep grade level/department files in the Collaboration folder
• the shared drive automatically connects it with everyone

2. System for accessing high traffic files

• Bookmarks
• Headers for meeting documents

3. Naming Conventions

• To be supported by Riana and Trevor in Team Meetings
